Terms of use

These terms are between you and Breeze Digital Ltd, who make Twin Orbit. By playing the game, you agree to them. They sit alongside the terms of the store you downloaded it from: Google Play's terms of service on Android, and Apple's standard licence agreement on iPhone.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Twin Orbit on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, change or resell the game, or try to cheat it, take it apart or get around how it works.

Things you buy in the game

Stars, boosts, looks and other things in the game are part of the game. They have no value outside it, and can't be exchanged for money. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store, and refunds follow their rules.

Some purchases, such as Star Doubler, No More Ads, the Cosmos Pass and look packs, are yours for good, and you can bring them back with Restore purchases in the Shop. Others, such as stars, hearts and boosts, are used up as you play.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so things in it may change over time. We'll always try to keep what you've paid for working. If we ever have to stop running the game, we'll give notice in the game and on this site first.

If something goes wrong

If something isn't working, or a purchase hasn't arrived, email us and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what information the game uses.
