Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains what information the game Twin Orbit uses, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it as short and plain as we can.
Who we are
Twin Orbit is published by Breeze Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15753601). Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are responsible for your information in this game, which makes us its "data controller".
You can contact us about anything in this policy at games@breeze-digital.uk.
The short version
- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email address or date of birth.
- Your game progress is saved on your phone. We don't receive it.
- We never sell your personal information. We only share it to run the game, show its ads and handle purchases.
- The game shows ads. To show them, our ad partners receive some information about your device, as explained below.
- Personalised ads and play stats are off unless you're 16 or over and say yes.
- You can change your answers at any time in Settings, then Privacy. The Support page on this website has step-by-step help.
What stays on your phone
Your progress and settings. Your levels, stars, buildings, friends, looks, medals, hearts, settings and privacy answers are saved in a file on your phone. We don't receive a copy. Your phone's own backup, such as iCloud or Google backup, may include it, depending on how your phone is set up.
You can delete your progress at any time with Delete my save in Settings. Removing the game deletes it too.
Reminders. If you turn on reminders, the game asks your phone to show a message later, for example when your hearts are full or a free gift is ready. The reminder is set up on your phone. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, and you can turn reminders off in Settings at any time.
Vibration. The game can make your phone vibrate. This uses no information about you, and you can turn it off in Settings.
The age question
At the end of level 2, before any ad can appear, we ask which age group you're in: under 13, 13 to 15, or 16 or over. We ask this so we can apply the right protections. We only keep your age group, not your exact age, and it stays on your phone.
We tell our ad partners only what they need to protect you: whether you agreed to personalised ads and, if you're under 13, that you must be treated as a child.
Ads
Twin Orbit is free, and ads help pay for it. Ads never interrupt a level. Some full-screen ads appear between levels, and you can choose to watch video ads for rewards, such as extra stars.
Who shows the ads. Our ads come through LevelPlay, a service from Unity that picks which ad network shows each ad. At the moment, the only ad network is Unity Ads, also from Unity. If we add others, we'll list them here.
What our ad partners receive. To show you an ad, they receive information about your device, which can include:
- your device's advertising ID and other identifiers for your device and the app
- your IP address, and your rough location worked out from it, such as your country or region
- your device type, operating system and language
- which ads you see and tap
- technical information about how the ads perform
Unity Ads says it may also receive information about purchases made in the app and how long you play, to choose and measure ads.
Your choices about ads.
- If you're 16 or over and agree to personalised ads, our partners can use this information to choose ads that are more relevant to you. This can include what they've learned about you from other apps.
- If you say no, or you're under 16, we ask our partners to show ads that aren't personalised. They still use some of this information to show the ad, limit how often you see it, count views and prevent fraud.
- If you tell us you're under 13, we also tell our partners to treat you as a child under the laws that protect children's information.
You can also tap the privacy icon inside a Unity ad to see Unity's choices, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
On iPhone, ads work the same way, with one difference. If you're 16 or over, your iPhone asks whether Twin Orbit may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites, and your answer there is your answer about personalised ads. If you allow it, ads can be chosen to suit you. If you don't, you get ads that aren't personalised, and our partners can't use your device's advertising ID. Under-16s are never asked and never get personalised ads. You can change your answer at any time in your iPhone's Settings, under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Purchases
You can buy things in the game, such as stars, packs and No More Ads. Google Play or the App Store takes your payment, and we never see your card details.
When you buy something, the game receives a confirmation of what you bought and an order number. These are saved on your phone, so the game can give you what you bought and avoid giving it twice. If you change phone or delete your save, use Restore purchases at the bottom of the Deals tab in the Shop to get back anything you keep for good.
The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to talk to the store. Unity says its purchasing service receives the purchase details, identifiers for your device and the app, your device type, operating system and language, and your country, worked out from your IP address. Unity uses this to process purchases, stop the same purchase counting twice and produce sales reports.
Play stats
If you're 16 or over, we ask whether you're happy to share stats about how you play, such as which levels you start and finish, how long they take, and what you get with stars or real money. This would help us find levels that are too hard and improve the game. It isn't used for ads.
Right now, nothing is sent, even if you say yes, because we haven't connected the game to a stats service. If we do, we'll update this policy first and name the service.
Crash reports
If the game crashes or freezes, Unity, which makes the game engine, may receive a report with technical details, such as your device model, operating system and what went wrong. We use these reports to fix problems.
Why we use your information
| What we do | Our legal reason under UK data protection law |
|---|---|
| Show personalised ads | Your consent |
| Collect play stats, once connected | Your consent |
| Show ads that aren't personalised, limit and count them, and prevent fraud | Our legitimate interest in paying for a free game |
| Ask your age group and tell ad partners if you're under 13 | Our legitimate interest in protecting children, and our legal duties |
| Deliver and restore purchases | Our contract with you |
| Receive crash reports and fix what went wrong | Our legitimate interest in keeping the game working |
Who receives your information
- Unity Technologies and its company ironSource, for LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing. Unity uses this information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
- Google and Apple, when you download the game or buy something.
We never sell your personal information, and we never pass it to data brokers. We don't share it for any reason other than running the game, showing its ads and handling purchases.
Some of these companies work outside the UK, for example in the United States and Israel. When your information goes abroad, it's protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long it's kept
- On your phone: until you delete your save or remove the game.
- By us: we don't keep any of your information on our own servers.
- By Unity, Google and Apple: for as long as their own policies say. Unity says it keeps the order number of each purchase to stop it counting twice and for sales reports.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how it's used, ask us to limit how it's used, and take back your consent at any time. Taking back consent is as easy as giving it: go to Settings, then Privacy, and answer again. The Support page on this website explains each of these steps.
We don't have accounts, so we can't look you up by name. Most of the information about you is either on your phone, where you control it, or held by Unity for ads and purchases. Contact us at games@breeze-digital.uk and we'll help, including passing your request to Unity. You can also contact Unity directly at DPO@unity3d.com.
Children
Twin Orbit isn't made for children, but we know its look may appeal to them, so we ask every player's age group. Players under 16 aren't offered personalised ads or play stats. If you're under 13, ad partners are told to treat you as a child, and the game doesn't suggest reminders.
If you think a child has given us information we shouldn't have, please contact us.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first at games@breeze-digital.uk, and we'll reply as quickly as we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects your choices, the game will ask you again.
